By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or place an order. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to display products and descriptions accurately. Colors, sizes, and other details may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Any part numbers listed are for reference only to help identify proper fitment. Any Brand or Brand names are property of their respective owners, and are not the brands we are selling and are for reference only.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other charges unless stated. An item’s appearance on the Site does not guarantee availability. We may limit quantities or refuse orders (for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues).

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods, whichever we designate. We may cancel an order before acceptance and will refund any amount charged.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return Policy, available at Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Unless required by law, we may refuse returns that do not meet that policy. If you cancel before shipment, we will refund amounts paid, less any non-refundable fees disclosed at checkout.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, coupons, and gift cards are subject to their specific terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, have no cash value except where required by law, and may not be resold.
